The stakes we play in poker are all relative to the particular person and their bankroll. Meaning: your (Ethan) $250,000 loss has the same mental affect on you as it would on me if I lost $2500 in a single session. However, life OUTSIDE of the poker room is not so relative, as you have the financial ability right now to do things I can only dream of. So, if I was your age again and had the resources you now have, I would make sure my family, and my dreams, are secured for now and the long future ahead of you. Then, perhaps drop down in stakes, or do whatever it takes to make playing fun again for you. If you can't find the fun, take a very long break and try other things. We (your loyal fans) will wait for you! Good luck!
I agree that content will just be as good if you get staked more or even go lower stakes. Everyone wants to see you be successful. Even if it’s a small possibility, we don’t want you to ever go bust.
The people playing in those huge games generally have huge incomes on the side. Play within the bounds of your income and you'll probably be happier and the content will be just as good.
You need to have a purpose, man. Yes bankroll management too, so you don't lose the chance to fulfill that purpose but right now you have absolutely zero purpose and you're just on autopilot. This is plain & simple, immature.
I agree with most of these other comments. I'm not sure if you read the comments that some of us leave in here but I truly think if your willing to open up about some of these things that occur in your life then there's a chance that you might think about some of your loyal fans have to say back. I think most of us tuned in the first place because we liked you as a poker player, your personality, and the stakes were quite relatable too. With that being said you should have no reason to feel obligated to play these absurd stakes if its detrimenting your daily life. You obviously love to play the game so get back to those days where if you ran bad you could still have a good time and enjoy your night, not feel like you lost 1/4 your net worth and now very worried about your next moves. Overall, whatever you do you will always have the loyal fans that tune into every single one of your threads.
I remember watching your video blogs from Boston Encore Harbor , Boston Billiards, and Chasers. Watched your $165K win when you were playing WSOP Online sitting and blogging from an Air B & B in NJ. To now watching you at a Million Dollar Byu-in.

Max your Roth IRA & Self-Employed 401k every year. Put 20% of your disposable income into a brokerage and/or crypto account.
Never touch a dollar of any of this money for at least 20 years.
You will be very happy you did this.
Look into attaining income producing assets.
Imagine instead of swinging the price of a small house per session, you were acquiring a home instead.
This will allow you to build long term net worth.
Look into starting other businesses that you are interested in.
Every man needs a purpose.
I wish someone had told me this when I was in my early 20's.
Good luck to you, man.
